Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when you subscribe to BikeSlot. This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund and how to do it.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on BikeSlot subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the date of your order.

Most BikeSlot plans also include a free trial period before any charge is made — you can cancel during the trial and you will not be billed at all.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Stripe, who is the our payment processor for all subscription billing. To request a refund:

  • Visit Stripe and look up the transaction using the email you used at checkout, then request a refund directly.
  • Or email us at miles@bikeslot.co.nz and we will help you arrange the refund through Stripe.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your BikeSlot subscription at any time from inside the app, or from your Stripe receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
